Synopsis:

Exercising on the trampoline can be not only an independent discipline but a helpful tool for the development of special movement characteristics and for creating movement habits.

Thursday 5:30 -7 pm. Sokol Zizkov II.

During the classes students learn basic jumps, landing positions, and the easy combinations. Difficulty is gradually increased by turns. The group of exercises also includes jumps on a small trampoline.

Large trampoline - jumps into sitting position, laying position, and standing position.

Jumps into laying position with turns, jumps into laying backward with turns.

Somersaults forward and backward.

Combination and jumps in pairs.

Small trampoline - jumps, straight and with turns.

Jumps over an obstacle, jumps sideways.

Flips.

Credit upon attendance.
