The goal of the course is systematic research of a space as a theatre component and its potential and characteristics.

- Completion of several theatre projects.
- Completion of courses regarding set design and staging.

Participation of the student in a theatre project beyond instruction is welcomed (ex: with a children's or middle-school ensemble, or amateur ensemble, etc.)
- Course contents:

An elective course expanding the perception of space and its theatre potential, investigating potential which various spaces and spatial arrangements offer for theatrical and para-theatrical activity.
- A space and its characteristics.
- Real, stage and drama spaces.
- A dramatic events space.
- Types of theatre spaces.
- Influence of the theatre space shape on staging.
