Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The course am is:

- to expand acquired theory knowledge in financial managment, fundraising, management, marketing and additional practices in the management of a real theatre project.

- to expand skills and competencies in management and organization.

Mode of study:

- classes as meetings

- independent work on a theatre project

- individual consultations with the instructors.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Basic knowledge of economics, fundraising, copyright, management and marketing.

Course contents:

Course contents is a production project in the Faculty DISK theatre. Teams of two to three students are arranged into production teams in one of the graduation projects by students in other studies. With regular consultations with the course instruction, the students ensure the development of a production in financial, advertisement and organizational aspects.

Classes, meetings, independent practice.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Conditions for the award of credit are completion of all assigned practice activities, on-going consultations with the instructor and submission of the final report, that is, the assessment the project in structure according to instructor assignment. The report will contain, in particular, results information and the course of the work on the project, promotions, budget and accounting, course of team collaboration and delegation of responsibilities, execution of fundraising activity, etc.
