Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Development of theory and practice in the directing and dramaturgy performance in relation to the Production course in the given semester.

Mode of study:

Exercises and analyses. Group consultations in the given study year, individual consultations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

1. Active adequate participation in the course Directing and Dramaturgy.

2. Active adequate participation in the course Production.

Course contents:

Based on the study-year's main instructor decision the course is focused on analytical skills, working on the directing-dramaturgy concept or on the script whose implementation will include a team with acting and set-design students.

Recommended or required reading:

This is a practical course in relation to the specific focus of the semester. The study material is the responsibility of the instructor.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Credit is awarded based on an assessment of the performance: an oral or written analysis of a given artistic piece (most often a drama or original script) or a prepared dramaturgy or directing concept or creative act (most often an original script).
