The course ainm is to link to the course devoted to the basics of dramaturgy concepts from the first year of bachelor's study and in particular to convince future executive producers and producers that something such as the structure and tectonics of a drama really exists and is worth knowing about and to use this knowledge.

The course aim is to convince students that researching the construction of a drama film work is not only possible but also useful and exciting. Method: Mainstream, independent and school film screenings commented and analysed This demonstrates that the classical idea of exposition, topic, character, conflict, crisis, mishap, catastrophe, etc. needn't be only education subject for fragments of fossilized narrations but may reflect the inherent characteristics of a drama, its tectonics, organically developing structure, management of time and rhythm, which enables the basic features of drama to consider and communicate retroactively but also the process of it emergence.

Task:
Analysis of an assigned screenplay, minimum of 3 pages.
Assigned during the Summer semester and submitted one week prior to the announced deadline. Assessment - credit award originates in class participation, quality of the submitted paper and individual debate over that paper.
