Learning outcomes of the course unit

Ensemble creation - creating a musical accompaniment.

Mode of study

  1. Lecture.
  2. A glimpse of the Baroque, Classic, Romance, adjustment of jazz compositions, orchestras according to playing opportunities, playing all types of musical instruments, solo and ensemble singing. Working with a microphone and microphone port, improvisation, analysis of viewed (musical notation) and heard (music recording), choral polyphony, jazz schemes, polyrhythm.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Precision of vocal performance, dynamic, instrumental play.

Course contents

Curriculum:

Renaissance polyphony, versions of folk songs and negro spirituals.

Syllabus:

Italian, French and English madrigals - according to current vocal possibilities.

Also practice in compositions according to the instructions of the senior teacher in the actor's workshop.

Assessment methods and criteria

Credit is awarded based on activity in exercises.
