  1. To extend the knowledge of the student in the strategic and project management methods and tools useful for independent producers and organizations in the arts.
  2. To get students to know how to use selected tools of managment through practical examples.

  3. External environment analysis.
  4. Internal analysis of an organization.
  5. Strategic plan formulation.
  6. Strategy implementation.
  7. Strategic planning evaluation process.
  8. Portfolio, program and project management in an arts organization.
  9. Tools and methods in the project initiation phase.
  10. Tools and methods in the planning phase.
  11. Tools and methods in the implementation phase.
  12. Tools and methods in the project assessment and closing phase.
  13. Examples of project management implementation into a functional structure of a theatre institution.
