Learning outcomes of the course unit
The aim is defined by the course subtitle: The body as teacher, the use of to date knowledge of movement and the creativity of one's body for the preparation and implementation of the teaching process.
Mode of study
Physical training in class, individual and group works. The class is taught in Czech and English.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
- Completion of Body in Motion 1.
- Creativity.
- Active approach, max. 3 absences in 1 semester.
Course contents
- Use of acquire skills and knowledge of anatomy in movement, experience with the touch, mass and construction of one's body for listening and communication.
- Working with professional materials, investigating inspiration and mining one's experience for formulating, preparing and implementation of simple teaching intentions.
- Participation in the performance process through the selection of teaching methods and forms of instruction which are required for the development of natural movement and musicians with respect to the age and personality characteristics.
