Course contents

Californian director and script writer Gil Bettman will practically work with students on the theme „the thought that goes into preparing a moving shot“ in the Hollywood style.

The course is taught to six directors and six cinematographers who form six teams and prepare and shoot six scenes using a moving camera. The students should select from a list of “Walk and Talk Scenes” given scenes. These scenes especially lend themselves to being shot with a moving camera. Two teams should not do the same scene as the seminar is designed so the students should learn from their mistakes.
