Course contents
The course focuses on gaining a basic understanding of the digital bitmap image in the full breadth of the digital image workflow - its acquisition, editing and finalization. The course is taught both theoretically and practically. It is a contact teaching aimed at acquiring practical skills in digital image data post-processing with a highly individual approach, respecting the level of the student in the subject.
The main topics (syllabus) of the course after each week (block) of teaching. That is, a breakdown of the topics into 12 weeks of teaching (where it doesn't make much sense, it's not necessary - e.g. clauses ... or you can also list something along the lines of, say, 1-4 one topic, 5-8 a second topic, 9-12 a third topic ... or at least list some key topics in bullet points)
1-3/ At the beginning of the theoretical part students will be introduced to the basic concepts of digital photography - methods of defining colours (colour models), methods of compressing image data and basic image (bitmap) graphic formats.
4-5/ Basic functions and principles of peripheral devices used in the creation and finalization of digital images.
6-9/ Photo editing in Adobe Photoshop - photo editing both according to the circuits of the delivered exercises and your own mainly from the Photography Techniques 01 and other practical courses.
