• Introduction and explanation of the exercise and its mandatory forms.
• Leading a team - following a leader.
• Building a good team.
• Creative budgeting, contracting, billing and understanding film finance.
• How to create a fundraising presentation.
• Buying film props, catering. Cooperation with rentals.
• Communication with actors & contracts, invoicing, commitments.
• Principle of the falling pyramid.
• How to react to constantly changing situations and continue to function.
• Post-production process - evaluation of shooting, errors, search for solutions.
• Leading to open communication and critical thinking.

Výsledky učení

Students will understand how to create & lead a good team, respect the hierarchy of a film crew, learn how to create a pleasant working environment on set and will be able to create and fulfil the tasks of a production manager and assistant.

Předpoklady a další požadavky

Completion of Triangle exercise (DCDM program).

Distribution of the necessary positions on the set according to the mentor's instructions (PM, PA).
