Dance improvisation is used to experience and master the authentic experience of dance. The course develops the ability to work creatively with movement and a deeper understanding of the connections between movement elements.

The goal of the course is to

Themaic areas:

Movement elements - body, space, time, dynamics - force

Sources of stimuli for improvisation - sensitization, activation of senses, visual perception, acoustic perception, kinesthetic perception, haptic perception, touch, sight, imagination

Specifics of individual, pair, triad and group improvisation

Learning outcomes

After completing the course, the student is able to think independently about movement principles and dance improvisation, is capable of theoretical analysis and evaluation in the form of discussion, is able to grasp and process the topic from different perspectives, experiences and possibilities of dance art.
