Practical performance of the dances. Individual variations and whole dances with their variants. Larger and more complex dance units with emphasis on technical execution. The student deepens his/her skills by practical learning in the hall, especially in connection with the pedagogical seminar in connection with the discovery of ethnographic regions of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.

Thematic areas:

1)More complex dance steps from selected ethnographic regions: each student works on mastering special dance steps focusing on regional specifics of movements.

2)Mastered dance steps are combined into larger units, combinations. The more technically demanding steps are joined together. Pair dance is completely unmistakable in folk dance, and therefore it is given a lot of attention. Different pair holds and ways to exchange holds in a pair are combined.

3)Rhythmic variations of steps: The steps are performed in different spatial, tempo and rhythmic variations. Each step has its schematic and rhythmic basis. In the technical implementation, the rhythmic change forms a step of change, which is the basis of the diversity of folklore areas.

4)Combination of steps: Step material of dances - Lašský Mazur, Roveňačka, Zbojnická and Káčer, Rejdovák and Rejdovačka, Dratenik and Kozok, Kopaničářský čardáš, Starodavný, Zbujan, Pletený, Skočná.Krokové motivy: mazurový trojkrok s převáděním partnerky, valašský krok s obtáčením partnerky kolem partnera, cval se změnami směrů, dvojkolka s postupem šikmo v před a s otáčením v páru.

5)Polka step with rhythmic stomps, polka in a pair with a girl's roll and other variations for polka. Analysis of the scheme of dances with free connection to musical accompaniment. Pre-singing before the music (movements of the dancers during the pre-singing) dancing in pairs, the boy's figure and the girl's twirl.

6)Heel-toe steps from Kopaničářský čardáš, turning the girl from side to side with jumps and a „lašským“ step. Divided step „Starodávný“ (Ancient dance), Lašská polka in Rusava holding. Different ways of entanglement and entanglement in girl's cords. Skočná (Jumping) in bindings with additional steps, rhythmic stomps and accompanying movement of the arms, with turns in a jump of 1/2, full turn and 1 and 1/2 turn.
