Information on the combined form:

The course is taught in a combined form of contact and non-contact teaching in a ratio of about 1:4, i.e. 80 hours of distance learning,

20 hours of face-to-face contact per semester.

The course includes the practice of classical dance technique and is connected in its practical aspect with the teaching of Introduction to Dance Pedagogy. It is primarily a practically guided class, focusing on the training regimen of a professional sequence of exercises. The teaching is about understanding the composition of the exercises, working out the links and principles of correct assignment and explaining the elements.

The goal of the study is systematic exercise leading to increased fitness - physical and cognitive.

Thematic circuits:

  1. basic physical dispositions and their development to perform classical dance techniques.

  3. illustrative pedagogical expression (aesthetic level of demonstration and execution of all movements representing the main features and style of this technique)
  4. kinesthetic effect (harmony of physical and mental performance, awareness of body positioning in space, principles of tempo-rhythm)
  5. principles of correction and self-correction (self-reflection)

Learning outcomes

The aim of the study is systematic exercise leading to an increase in fitness - physical and cognitive.
