The training serves for practical improvement in classical dance technique. The basic principles of this technique are consolidated and verified, physical abilities are developed, and movement memory is developed. The difficulty of the training is adapted to the technical ability of the students.
The form of the training follows the form in professional ballet companies, where the dancer deepens their abilities and fitness through daily practice with the help of such a purposefully learned and guided stereotype. At the same time, the training emphasizes the connection with the pedagogical work and the knowledge that the teacher himself must control what he will teach. It is therefore about understanding the importance of acquired practical skills for quality pedagogical work.
Thematic areas:
The training is based, like the CBT methodology, on the basic system and principles of A. J. Vaganova system, but it is enriched with links and combinations of different schools or styles of classical dance, e.g. Cecchetti, Bournonville, Balanchine, the form of training is connected with the work and system of the teacher.
The basic form of classical dance training:

au milieu
- the exercises include all the elements taught at the bar, especially the combinations
