The Clausura exam is a presentation of the results of practical and artistic subjects (realization of assignments, exercises, own artistic projects). An integral and main part of the cloistered examination is the presentation of the semester exhibition project, which is adjusted and exhibited in the premises designated for the examination. The exhibition project includes a written form of exposition in the prescribed scope and content according to the year of study. The results of the other courses are presented by the student in the scope and manner of presentation selected and discussed in advance with the teachers of the respective courses. The examination includes the submission of an author's portfolio in electronic or printed form. The aim is to present the committee with a summary view of the student's work and the results of the work in each subject over a period of one semester.

This is an examination during the examination period (January or June of the respective academic year) before a committee of at least five members (a combination of internal and external faculty from KF, FAMU, AMU and external experts. The committee is formed by the Head of the Department in consultation with the heads of the studios).

Learning outcomes

The listener learns to explicate and defend their exhibition project. After the verbal explication, he/she has a discussion with the committee where he/she learns to refine his/her presentation skills and clarify his/her visual and communication skills. Presents a selection of other semester courses and workshops. He receives feedback from the committee regarding his strengths and weaknesses and suggestions for further development of the project and professional advice from experts in the field.
