The course builds on Studio Photography 01 and develops the knowledge and experience already acquired, especially in the area of knowledge and handling of light sources. The design of the course emphasises the requirement for students to be willing to experiment, to try their own experiments and to adopt innovative approaches within the photographic studio. The course focuses on color photography in an experimental context. Students work on their free photographic file of 6 photographs. They are inspired by demonstrations of working with UV light, combining different alternative light sources, using colour filters, projection and other non-standard techniques. The phenomenon of colour is also introduced in its exact form. Practical instruction introduces students to basic and advanced methods of using measurement and calibration tables and their importance in post-production.
