Sylabus EN:
Module is focused on widening students knowledge in the area of prepress preparations for available devices – inkjet plotter CANON imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 and CANON imagePROGRAF PRO-1000. We will be focusing on the specifics of scanning various materials – negative films in both black&white and color as well as color-reversal film of the Hasselblad Flextight X5 and X1 scanners. The second part of the workshop will then focus on introduction to color profiles and correct process of color management workflow during editing and printing on the inkjet printer CANON imagePROGRAF PRO-1000. We will go through guidelines for using photographic materials with existing color-profiles as well as profiling of our own materials. In the end we will complete the process by color-correct printing from both Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Professional .
