Contents

The content of the course comprises of the theory and practice of stage combat, empty handed as well as armed.

The practical part of the course starts with basic falls, slips, stances and steps, continuing with basic defensive and offensive movements, attacks, counterattacks and irregular manouvres applicable in empy handed as well as in armed stage combat, which will then develop in set exercises in pairs.

Learning outcomes

The course will introduce the students to the theoretical and practical aspects of stage combat, empty hand stage combat as well as armed stage combat.

Acquired knowledge and skills are applicable in theater and film practice

Prerequisites and other requirements

No prior knowledge requirements are needed to enroll in this course.

Gear: sportswear and footwear (compulsory).

During the course it is necessary to pay attention to SAFETY and DISCIPLINE and strictly FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS given by the instructor.

Active participation in the course is necessary for a successful completion of the course. Credits are awarded based on activity in the exercises.
