Course Objective:
This academic activity, required in the second year of study, enables doctoral students to gain further experience in writing academic texts and presenting them within the disciplinary or interdisciplinary scientific community. An article in the form of a scholarly study for a peer-reviewed journal (or monograph, etc.), or a public presentation at a conference, is typically based on the doctoral student’s own dissertation research project, although this is not a requirement.

Requirements for earning credit: an article submitted for peer review / a paper accepted for presentation at a professional conference.
Full-time students must submit an article for peer review for publication abroad at least once during their studies.
