Contents

Students are introduced to the basic concepts of general psychology through presentations and practical tests. Questions regarding perception, recognition, learning, imagination, motivation and emotion are related to their personal experience in individual study disciplines, primarily internal dialogues but also in life's situations. Introduction to general psychology assists in a theory review of the study and a greater view into psychological substance.

Learning outcomes

In the course students acquire an overview of the basic concepts of general psychology (discovery of the human, motivation, emotion), which are related to its investigation, self-discovery in the study discipline „Dialogue with and Internal Partner“.

Evaluation methods and criteria

Credit is awarded based on class attendance (70%) and completion of the semester paper on a recommended or selected topic (30%).

This course is part of offerings of elective courses at the faculty. It is required for Erasmus students who are in internship assigned to the Authorial Creations Dept. Once a week psychological consultations regarding the personal needs of the student.
