Contents

A practical seminar on how to make art happen. Over the course of the semester, we will together discuss the possibilities and pitfalls of the production process, which, in addition to an artistic work, can bring new and surprising possibilities for designing, sharing and presenting a (performative) artwork. Together we will focus on „writing a project“. Over the course´s six blocks (“The Art“, “The System“, “Time&Money“, “People“, “The Space“, “The Aftercare“), we will focus on the layers of production process through discussions with guests and various case studies. Through the course, we will write and discuss the individual approaches towards putting one´s art vision to the text-form – to gain the skills to create an appropriate condition for making it happen. During the course we will then discuss the specificities and differences of different context in relation towards the Czech and European context, with special attention to the seminar´ participants previous experience.
