The objective of the course is to provide students with a foundational understanding of 3D modeling and visualization, emphasizing their application within the domain of scenography, particularly in the context of technical documentation and as a preparatory framework for the production of scenic elements.

Course contents:

Familiarization with User Interface and Basic Tools:

Orientation in the user interface and fundamental tools.

Working with predefined models and components.

3D Model Creation:

Developing 3D models.

Modeling basic geometric shapes.

Utilizing textures, materials, and lighting for realistic visualizations.

Component Development and Advanced Techniques:

Creating and modifying components for reuse.

Formulating complex scenes and technical drawings.

Implementing layered organization for clarity and efficiency.

Generating technical documents and drawings directly from 3D models.

Preparing production materials, including dimensions, materials, and specifications.

Visualization and Rendering:

Understanding lighting and its impact on design presentation.

Creating realistic visualizations for client presentations.
