Contents

The objective of the course is to develop expressiveness of the gesture, as well as the plasticity of the body, its proper posture, harmony, and refinement of movement by means of a series of exercises aimed at developing specific muscle groups. The aim is to put the body in shape, achieve high level of general physical fitness, improve body coordination

and the feeling of movement harmony. Objectives: Releasing the body from habitual tensions and blockades; Stimulation and improvement of conscious usage of the body for the purposes of stage work through: relaxation techniques, contemporary dance techniques, mental images.

Learning outcomes

The aim is to put the body in shape, achieve high level of general physical fitness, improve body coordination and the feeling of movement harmony.
