To familiarise students with contemporary media and their position in art and theatre.
To familiarise students with existing technologies for individual puppet types.
To familiarise them with theatre approaches and their alternatives as regards technical solutions and use them creatively when realising their own projects.
Bases of technical drawing focusing on the technology and construction of the puppet types.
Based information about light and sound design.
Practical workshop with light and sound.
Learning outcomes
In the field of knowledge (K), the student:
- knows the basics of technical drawings and concepts of different puppets technologies;
- have basic orientation in technical and creative use of light and sound in theatre;
- is conscious of relations and dependencies between theoretical and practical aspects of studies and uses that knowledge in further artistic development PK4;PK10; P_K11
In the field of skills (S), the student:
- is able to make independent decisions concerning projects and realizations of own scripts P_S4;
- is able to listen to co-workers and use their remarks while realizing a common aim, which is theatrical performance P_S6
In the field of social competencies (C), the student:
