Contents
The student becomes the leader of a production team for a theatre project in the DISK theatre (with the approval of the instructor, other projects in other arts fields in other professional institutions may be used).
Using assigned resources (production foundation, other team members, financial means) the student is to plan, execute and review the formation of the given project.
Learning outcomes
- Check and increase skills necessary in the management of a production team and working team in general.
- Check and increase soft skills in communication (communications planning, leading a board, negotiations).
- Increase competence in organizing theatre activities (independent decision, responsibility, self-review).

Evaluation methods and criteria
A condition for award of credit is fulfillment of all assigned activities, on-going consultations with the instructor and submission of the written result - project founding document, managment and communication plan, budget and final report, project assessment in structure according to instructor assignement. The report contains, in particular, an assessment of the project success in relation to the aim, information about the results and project work, promotion, budget and accounting, teamwork and division of responsibilities, implemented fundraising activity, etc.
