Introduction and explanation of the exercise and its mandatory forms.
Leading a team - following a leader.
Building a good team.
Creative budgeting, contracting, billing and understanding film finance.
How to create a fundraising presentation.
Buying film props, catering. Cooperation with rentals.
Communication with actors & contracts, invoicing, commitments.
Principle of the falling pyramid.
How to react to constantly changing situations and continue to function.
Post-production process - evaluation of shooting, errors, search for solutions.
Leading to open communication and critical thinking.

Learning outcomes

Students will understand how to create & lead a good team, respect the hierarchy of a film crew, learn how to create a pleasant working environment on set and will be able to create and fulfil the tasks of a production manager and assistant.

Prerequisites and other requirements

Completion of Triangle exercise (DCDM program).

Distribution of the necessary positions on the set according to the mentor's instructions (PM, PA).

80% attendance.
Working on exercises in workshops and at home.
Preparation for workshops.
Successful production of Triangle exercise (DCDM program).
Attendance at Post Production Meeting.
