Learning outcomes of the course unit

  1. To provide adequate physical condition
  2. To learn professional physical fitness and habits and how to maintain that fitness.
  3. To learn the basics of circuit training (physical fitness).
  4. To create a positive relationship to physical movement which is part of the learning process of every student.

Course contents

Individual lecture content is various strength-endurance exercises.

Assessment methods and criteria

The condition for successfull completion of the course is 80% attendance in the scheduled lessons.
