Annotation to the content of the course:

This course is about a broader search for the relationship between the subjective body of the performer and the object, a search at the boundaries of forms of dance, physical theatre, and performing arts. It will guide students through the concepts of subject, object, material, corporeality, space, relationship to partner and spectator, and so on. The course will also focus on the possibilities of composition and material creation, identifying one's own creative needs and translating them into the composition of performative situations.
