- Introduction and explanation of the exercise and its mandatory forms.
- Detailed workflow analysis of pre-production, filming and post-production.
- How to lead a team & how to follow a leader.
*The most common mistakes are made and how to avoid them
- How to approach film contracts and documents.
- Creative budgeting, contracting, billing and understanding film finance.
- Post-production process - evaluation of shooting, errors, search for solutions.
- Leading to open communication and critical thinking.
Learning outcomes
Students will learn how to create a safe working environment on set and will be able to understand and fulfil the tasks of a production manager and assistant.
Prerequisites and other requirements
Completion of CIEE exercise (CIEE program).
Distribution of the necessary positions on the set according to the mentor's instructions (PM, PA).

- 80% attendance.
- Working on exercises in workshops and at home.
- Preparation for workshops.
- Successful production of CIEE exercise (CIEE program).
- Attendance at Post Production Meeting.
