completion of the final exam

The exam includes written and oral sections. The written test (60 min.) contains reading comprehension, listening, grammar and vocabulary sections. The oral section is comprised of translation, analysis, or the reproduction of a trade writing of about 10 pages which the student prepares prior upon consultation with the instructor. Following this is a conversation on the study project.

If the student is unable to attend classes due to extenuating circumstances (internship, competition, or serious health issues), they are obligated to contact the instructor and acquire materials and arrange a consultation. Otherwise, the student shall not receive credit nor be permitted to sit the exam.

Only exams taken in the last three years at the Language Training Center are recognized. Exams passed at other institutions or certificates attained do not exempt students from any particular exam.
